October 27, 2026

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, which recognizes the impact of people with disabilities in the workplace. Many members of the Flint & Genesee Chamber are employers who offer people with disabilities opportunities to gain work experience and find resources and support that can help them throughout their lives. Here are two local businesses that uplift people with disabilities.
