About Us

As a division of the Flint & Genesee Group, the Flint & Genesee Chamber shares the Forward Together vision of making Genesee County a top-five community in Michigan by 2040 for jobs, talent, livability, and equity. To make that happen, we are focused on supporting local businesses, nonprofits, and other partners, helping them grow and better reach their customers.  

Our Chamber team is well-connected both within the broader community and inside our own organization. We can connect you with external organizations and professionals as well as a wide range of resources available through our fellow divisions. This includes business trainings with Flint & Genesee Education & Talent; small business support through the Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance; and placemaking efforts through Explore Flint & Genesee, to name a few. 

We exist to champion the growth of small businesses and collaborate with our members and partners who are building a vibrant local economy. Together, we can create opportunities, drive progress, and shape the future of Genesee County.
